1 Introduction

3 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before processing any withdrawal, and at any point where zxc777 has reasonable grounds to verify your identity, you will be required to complete identity verification ("KYC"). This process may include:

• A copy of a valid government-issued identity document (CNIC, passport or driving licence)
• Proof of your registered address (a recent utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of the payment method used for deposits (a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account in your name, or a bank statement showing the relevant account number)
• A selfie with your identity document in certain cases

Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC is complete. zxc777 may suspend deposits pending KYC completion if unusual account activity is detected. KYC documents submitted to zxc777 are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4 Deposits & Payments

All transactions on zxc777 are conducted in PKR (Pakistani Rupee). The following deposit methods are supported:

7 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports bets placed on zxc777:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled or amended once confirmed by the platform.
• Live in-play bets are subject to odds fluctuation between selection and confirmation. Where odds move significantly before confirmation, zxc777 will notify you of the updated price. You may accept the new price or decline the bet.
• Where a sporting event is postponed, cancelled or abandoned before a result can be determined, bets are generally voided and stakes returned. Exceptions apply where a result is determined by the governing body (e.g., DLS method in rain-affected cricket matches).
• For PSL and other cricket matches, if the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method is applied by the match officials, the DLS outcome is treated as the official result for settlement purposes.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits per market are displayed at the point of bet placement.
• Accumulator bets (parlays) require all selections to win for the accumulator to pay out. A voided leg in an accumulator will typically reduce the accumulator by that selection — the remaining legs stand.
• Any bet placed on a market where a clear pricing error has occurred may be voided at zxc777's discretion, regardless of whether the bet has been confirmed.

8 Casino & Game Rules

All casino games — including Slots, Live Baccarat, Live Roulette, Live Blackjack and Bingo — on zxc777 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of Live Casino games, are run by professional dealers in real studio environments under standard dealing procedures.

• The RTP (return to player) percentage for each Slots title is set by the game provider and is displayed in the game's information section.
• Technical malfunctions void all related game plays and bets. If a game session is interrupted by a connection issue on your side, the game outcome already calculated by the server is the official result.
